1. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the handling of appliances and related equipment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases — including new, used, or scratch-and-dent appliances.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchase or at the time of delivery. Once a sale is completed, it is considered final.

2. Exchange or Repair (If Applicable)

While we do not provide refunds, certain products may qualify for exchange or repair if covered under:

  • A manufacturer’s warranty (for new products)

  • A store warranty (if specifically provided in writing at the time of sale)

All warranty-related claims must follow the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable warranty policy.
